Managed six designers across six product areas — inventory management, delivery experience, third-party integrations, and merchant onboarding — inside Shopify's logistics org.

Senior Interaction Designer on Google Ads, one of the most widely used business tools in the world. Led design for conversion measurement and ads tagging infrastructure, including a key role in shipping One Google Tag: a unified tagging solution that replaced fragmented per-product tags (GA4, Google Ads, Floodlight) with a single, reusable tag across all Google properties.

Designing at Google scale means every interaction touches millions of advertisers. Deep fluency in measurement, conversion tracking, and advertiser workflows — expertise that directly shaped later work at Walmart Connect.

Four years as Lead Designer and Manager. Enterprise revenue grew from 11% to 20% of total revenue in a single year. Customer base expanded from 75 to over 5,000.

Drove 15–20% product growth in 2019 and a 20-point NPS improvement. Early proof that design at the intersection of user empathy and business goals creates measurable, lasting outcomes.

Six years as founding lead designer at Inflection, building Archives.com from scratch into the #2 family history platform — 500K subscribers, $30M revenue, acquired by Ancestry for $100M in under 3 years.

Post-acquisition, led a 4–6 month redesign sprint at Ancestry: responsive, global, modern frontend. Launched in 4 countries and unlocked ~$7M in new revenue. Managed a mixed team of UX designers and front-end developers including engineers in Ukraine.
